Fitness Physical Education Diary (Part 2)


Today in fitness, TWP 5 had to do 5 exercises and try to complete the as much as I can. I one I liked to do was mountain climbers because I just had to put one foot at a time pushing my legs with power, the other one I disliked was the squats, it was forcing my bum to go low to the ground well my feet stay put.
